A: We guarantee that we will maintain continuous contact with you throughout the planning process. You are also guaranteed at least one wedding coordinator on the day of your event. If we fail to show up on your wedding day or do not respond to your questions or needs in a timely manner, a refund may be arranged though we have never had a bride say she was dissatisfied with our services.

Q: We have a small budget, can we afford your services?
A: Not everyone needs a wedding coordinator but most anyone can afford our services. We specialize in creative budgeting and our access to exclusive vendor discounts will help you make the most of your budget. Keep in mind, when you have less money to spend it's even more important to spend it wisely. When you're working with a delicate budget, it's best to team up with an experienced professional who can advise you on money saving techniques and refer you to the best vendors for your budget. A wedding planner should be considered a part of your entire budget, not an added expense.
A: No. We only refer you to reliable vendors who have already met our high standards. However, if you would like to work with a vendor we haven't worked with before, we look forward to the opportunity.
Though some planners are already exclusively linked to caterers, bakers, photographers, etc., we have a strict no exclusivity policy that ensures we are not creating cookie-cutter weddings and maintains our integrity when referring you to other professionals. While it may seem more convenient to hire all of your vendors as a package, it's hard to ensure you're getting the best service and price and that your wedding will be tailored to your unique vision.
A: Even if you only plan on booking a “day of” or “month of” package, we suggest booking your date at least twelve months in advance. We only book one event per weekend so it's best to secure your date the moment you know you want to work with us. Please keep in mind that we can not hold your date until your full deposit is received.
A: Yes. Many of our services and products may be purchased a la carte. We strive to make our prices as affordable as possible. However, you should know that customers who have booked a coordination package with us will receive even bigger discounts than those already offered.
